And he took care of the flow of water from the bathtub faucets! And he left me with a product to help keep my drains cleared, solving an issue of calling a plumber once a month. Reached out to John last night because I had a concerning water leak in my house. With a quick response, he told me that he was booked up until the following Monday (4 days away), but made sure to ask me how severe of a leak I was experiencing. Not being extremely knowledgeable, I just described it to him, and he made it a point to squeeze me into his already busy schedule the next day so that no further damage would occur to my home. After showing up, ON TIME, he was able to quickly diagnose the issue and have it repaired the same day. Very honest about cost and gave me a couple of options. With today’s harsh economy, I opted for the cheaper route, and he was more than happy to perform the work and not make me feel guilty for him not landing a higher-paying repair. Great guy, hard worker, highly recommend. That is why you shop small and support small businesses that make America keep moving!
